They will not be able to deliver with a crane offload lorry. With most haulier deliveries this will be either in a van or in a box lorry with a pump truck. This means the product will either come from ourselves or it will come from a 3rd party stockist. Many of our products can be sent anywhere in the country, either by post or by a haulier. Please try and avoid arranging for tradesmen to begin work before the materials have arrived as D W Nye Ltd will not be held liable for any costs incurred as a result of not meeting a delivery date. We will endeavour to deliver on the day specified, but cannot be held responsible should delays occur due to circumstances beyond our control.

Entering properties or crane off loading over walls, hedges and fences will be made at our drivers discretion unless previously arranged with the transport office.

If the driver is requested to leave the highway and enter the property or site, any damage which may be caused to yours or the local authority's property (such as footpaths and manhole covers), will be your or your agents' responsibility, together with the cost of any repairs or replacement items.
